The New Presbytery Liability Insurance Plan---

Thank you for inquiring into the new insurance program for Presbytery Offices, It is a comprehensive assortment of coverage designed to protect your ministry. Look to the top of this page for general direction.

An outline of individual coverage options and benefit levels is on the application. A clear outline of our Presbytery Plan is available under 'Coverage Summary'. In general, our standard coverage cost about $1,200. per presbytery per year (subject to underwriting). Coverage includes: Directors and Officers, General Liability, Professional Liability, Hired and Non-Owned Auto, Sexual/Physical abuse or molestation, Products and Completed Operations, Medical Expenses, Business Personal Property, Rented to You coverage, and Crime Coverage.

An outline of the procedure is described under 'Application Process'.  This low premium rate was acquired by annual pricing for individual Presbyteries nation wide and is underwritten by Philadelphia Insurance Companies.

*Please do not be confused by the Property section questions. A description of your Presbytery office helps in determining the liability assessment. Please identify the square footage of the space customarily used for the office work of your Presbytery and describe the structure of the building wherein it is contained; whether this be home, church office, etc..
